Scheduling Error When Request Date & Latest Acceptable Date Changed at Same Time (Doc ID 2571555.1)

When Request Date & Latest Acceptable Date is changed at the same time using the Mass change screen


When OE_HEADERS_IFACE and OE_LINES_IFACES is populated for the same operation, the following error occurs.

Workaround: Manually perform the Mass change in 2 steps
Step 1. Update the Request Date
Step 2. Update the Latest Acceptable Date.

Scheduling Failed. Unable to Meet the Latest Acceptable Date

1. Via the Order Management Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Go to the Line Items tab > Shipping tab, then do Line Mass Change and attempt to change the Request Date and Latest Acceptable Date at the same time.
