ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

QUALITY RESULTS AT THE FINISHED OF OPERATION ARE NOT RECORDED IN EAM SELF SERVICE

We want to record the results of inspections for the purpose of controlling the emission of polluting gases, which are required by law. Before we had not used this functionality, but we must keep track of gas emissions.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that quality results get recorded

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1: Input quality results in finished of operation od Work Order.
Responsibility:
Maintenance Super User
Navegation> Work Orders > Select Work Order > Select Operation 10 and option Complete/Uncomplete
Press “Enter Quality Results” for quality plan: > Input results and press (Shows Quality record has been submitted.


2: View Quality Results
Responsibility: Quality
Navegation:
Results> Inquiries> View Quality Results > There are no records recorded
