Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, CLAIMS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to view or edit Notes of a Claim from custom Trade Management Responsibility.

When click on Notes in the menu and then click on a specific Note, it doesn't show the note anymore. To access note details need to click on 'All Notes'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to view notes without any issue

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Trade Management User resp
2. Query for a particular claim
3. Click on Notes
4. Click on the actual note hyperlink
5. Note is not visible
