Contract File access from CLM Inquiry Responsibility

When a user selects 'View Contract File' from the Select Award drop down on the CLM Inquiry screen, the user receives the Error: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to CLM Inquiry Responsibility
2. Search an award.
3. When a user selects 'View Contract File' from the Select Award drop down on the CLM Inquiry screen, the user receives the Error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot View Contract File.
