Unable to Update Picking Rule Using Item Import in R12 Due to Checking MTL_PICKING_RULES Instead of MTL_INV_PICKING_RULES (Doc ID 2572939.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
Unable to update picking rule using Item Import after upgrading from 11i to 12.2.8.

When try to update picking rule using item import in 12.2.8, INV_IOI_PICKING_RULE error occurred due to checking MTL_PICKING_RULES instead of MTL_INV_PICKING_RULES.
However, there is no error to update picking rule from front end.

TABLE NAME : MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE
COLUMN NAME : PICKING_RULE_ID
MESSAGE NAME : INV_IOI_PICKING_RULE
ERROR MESSAGE : The PICKING_RULE specified is not a valid Picking Rule in
MTL_PICKING_RULES.
Validation errors occured during Import Item
Refer to table MTL_INTERFACE_ERRORS to access validation errors

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create Picking Rules after upgrading from 11i to 12.2.8
    (N)Inventory > Setup > Rules > Picking
