Cost Allocation Data Deleted For First Legal Entity After Running OPM Cost Allocation Process for a Second Legal Entity (Doc ID 2573183.1)

Goal

Two legal entities use the same Cost Calendar, and they also share at least one Allocation Code.

Cost Allocation process is run for one legal entity, and the Cost Allocations are created for that legal entity.
Cost Allocation process is then run for the second legal entity, and the Cost Allocations are created for that legal entity.
Check the Cost Allocations for the first legal entity on the Cost Allocation Maintenance form, and they no longer display, they seem to have been deleted.

Why is the data for the first legal entity deleted?
