Lease Center Performance - Searching By Invoice Number And Requesting Credit Memos On Open Invoices (Doc ID 2573257.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Lease Center performance - searching by invoice number and requesting credit memos on open invoices

After completion of data migration, the instance in which this has been completed has started performing very slowly in a couple of areas:

1) searching by Invoice Number in Lease Center Search
2) requesting a credit memo using the Credit Memos button

In both of these examples, the searching has 'spun' for so long that the connection to the instance has timed out, a minimum of 20 minutes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The actions performed should take reasonable time and should not time-out.

STEPS
-----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. search by Invoice Number in Lease Center Search
2. requesting a credit memo using the Credit Memos button
