Special Instructions should be updated with the description of the lookup code.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an AR transaction and complete it.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have complete data on the transaction.
