Symptoms

Award/PO Order Number Not Shown In Req Details Page For Fully Received Commercial Requisitions in iProcurement

Award column value not displaying the PO number in requisition lines in oracle iProcurement
Issue seen occasionally only

STEPS
 -- Create a Req and approved.
   - PO created and Received.

In iProcurement:
   - Now go to Requisition details page:
   -  Go to Requisitions -> Click Requisition link
    - In Requisition page:
     - Line region > PO/Award value not showing 
 ( In the table, PO data exists

EXPECTED RESULTS
Award value shown in the Requisition page in iProcurement
