The Reprocess Order Form Shows No Errors but the Service Contract is Not Created

Symptoms
When attempting to process Sales Order lines, the Service Contracts Order Processing Program fails to create the Extended Warranty contract Line in the Service Contract. When Reprocessing the Order, the Reprocess Order form does not show any errors but the Service Contracts Order Processing Program logs display the following errors.
Oracle Error Message is -ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Run the Concurrent Program - Service Contracts Order Processing Program
2) Reprocess the Order for the Order Line which failed to create the Extended Warranty and the Order Processing program fails with ORA error
Due to this issue, users cannot create the Extended Warranty contract for the Order Lines.
