Symptoms

On Release 12.2.7 version, Purchase Order

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
BPA is locked when user request Changes for Blanket Release in iSupplier then the Blanket Agreement is locked.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expecting BPA is not locked when user request changes for Blanket Release in iSupplier.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Res: iSupplier Portal

2. Tab -> Supplier Home

Action = Request Changes
Make Changes and Click Save.
Purchase Order: 123xxx has been Saved.

3. In the forms go to the Blanket Purchase Agreement of this Release

Click Open

NOTE: This action is not allowed. The Blanket Purchase Agreement is locked by another user.

4. Go to the iSupplier Portal and find the Blanket Agreement.

Search PO # 123xxxx

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
This issue blocks buyers work, we cannot do update every time.
