Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, when attempting to clone applications,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The adcfgclone.pl is failed during application refresh.

----------------------
Target System proxy port [80] :

UTL_FILE_DIR on database tier consists of the following directories.

1. /your_system_path/applcsf/applptmp
2. /tmp
3. /usr/tmp

Choose a value which will be set as APPLPTMP value on the target node [1] :
The new APPL_TOP context file has been created :
  /your_system_path/SID_HOST.xml
Check Clone Context logfile /your_system_path/CloneContext_0729233019.log for details.

Creating Patch file system context file.....

Log file located at /your_system_path/CloneContextPatch_0729233632.log

Target System Other File System Instance Top set to /target_system_path/SID_HOST

Target System Port Pool [0-99] : 99
