Symptoms


Cannot select Yes/No for profile POR: Notify Requestor On Order Creation And Approval

Issue can be reproduced by following steps:
1.  System Administrator responsibility (Nav > Profile > System)
2.  Search for profile 'POR: Notify Requestor On Order Creation And Approval'
3.  The value shows 'N' and cannot select 'Yes/'No'
