Closed Workflow Notifications When Accessed From Workflow Status Monitor Is Not Showing Complete Details, If Transaction is still pending for Approval (Doc ID 2575029.1)

From the Workflow Status Monitor, when the Manager accesses the notification received by him / her, absence transaction details are not shown. Why?

This happens only for the absence transaction which is approved by him / her and is still pending for approval with other approvers? But once the final approval is done, the data is visible in the same notification, where it was not appearing before. How is this Possible?
