Timestamps (Dates) Are All Messed Up In The Action History (Doc ID 2575149.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Appraisals

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that the timestamps are all out of order in the Action History on appraisal notifications sent. This is in both worklist and email notifications. The 'Submit" action's timestamp is getting replaced by the timestamp of the latest action.
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as the Main Appraiser and verify the Email Notification
2. The timestamps (Dates) in the Action History are messed up. ‘Submit’ is timed after ‘Approve’. The order of the actions are messed up.
3. Login as the Main Appraiser and verify the Worklist Notification
4. The time stamps (Dates) in the Action History are messed up. 'Submit' is timed after 'Approve'.
