Not Able To Fetch Investment Declarations For Employees (Doc ID 2575428.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, India Payroll
Patched at R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.11

When attempting to export tax declarations, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Failure of Web Server bridge:

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. India Professional User Self Service >
2. Search Tax Declarations
3. Enter Declaration Status = Declared and Tax Deduction Account Number = HYDR04497D
4. Click Go
5. Click on Download button
6. Click on Create button
5. Error Occurs

Due to this issue, users cannot download the Tax Declarations.
