Symptoms

Running the Concurrent Program PSD_DOWNLOAD_BUNDLE fails with: 


"$AFJVAPRG -version"  (The Java used by Concurrent Managers) shows an older version, something lower than 1.7.0_220. 

 

Changes

My Oracle Support Web Logic Server was upgraded to TLS 1.2
