Assign failed multiple delivery details to on delivery with different customer (Doc ID 2576405.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to assign 2 delivery details which have difference customer_id to one same delivery ,
the following error occurs and failed to assignment.

ERROR

These entities can not be grouped together as their grouping attributes do not match.

This issue occure both via using the API wsh_delivery_details_pub.detail_to_delivery.
They checked OFF the "Customer" field in the 'Delivery Grouping Attributes' of shipping parameter
and 2 delivery details have the same value in other grouping attribute.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create 2 sales order with difference customer.
2. Pick the orders without allocating delivery.
3.Create new delivery via API wsh_delivery_details_pub.detail_to_delivery
4.Run API wsh_delivery_details_pub.detail_to_delivery to assign 2 delivery details to one delivery.
