Rate Adjustment On Zero Receipts In Foreign Currency Leads To Unposted Items (Doc ID 257644.1)

Symptoms

Doing a rate adjustment on zero receipts entered in foreign currency
will cause unposted receipt records from table ar_cash_receipt_history_all.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter a receipt with amount 0.00 in any other currency than your functional.
2. You can apply the receipt to an invoice or on-account or just leave it unidentified. This has no influence on this issue.
3. Save your receipt.
4. Use Tools > Rate Adjustment to change your exchange rate for this receipt
5. Save your entry.
6. Submit GL Transfer
7. The Unposted Items Report will be launched and print a part of this receipt.
