After Upgrade From BI Publisher 11.1.1.7 To 11.1.1.9 Scheduler Doesn't Start (Doc ID 2576457.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.x version, Enterprise : Administration

After upgrade of BI Publisher 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.9, the 'Scheduler Diagnostics' page shows the following error.

STEPS
-----------------------
1.  Upgrade BI Publisher from 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.9.

2.  Login to BI Publisher and navigate to 'Administration' > Scheduler Diagnostics.

The page shows above mentioned error.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Scheduler fails to start due to above error.

Unable to execute report jobs through scheduler.

 

Changes

 Upgrade BI Publisher from 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.9.
