Symptoms
When attempting to view details about the approved timecards, the following warning message occurs on timecard dashboard details page:

Exception ORA-06550: line 1, column 38: PLS-00302: Component 'CHECK_DRAFT' must be declared ORA-06550: Line1, column 7: PL/SQL: Statement ignored
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Manager Self-Service responsibility.
2. Open Timecard Status Dashboard.
3. Enter the required parameters and click on Go button.
4. Click on the approved count option.
5. Click on the detail icon of any of the record.
6. The detailed timecard page opens up but with the warning message.
