Goal
What to check when sending a message/transaction to a server with only TLS 1.2 enabled.
This applies when executing Punchout from iProcurement or sending a transaction (PO, Invoice, ASN, PO Acknowledgement) to an instance where only TLS 1.2 is allowed.
This is for the case with the OBN migration to Cloud as well.
