Symptoms
Network Routing Planning does not produce the cheapest solution.
Example:
You have two Orders.
Order01
Order02
You have a Rate Record with the following conditions.
If Equipment Group = BIG_EQP = cost 1500
If Equipment Group = SMALL_EQP = cost 1000
When you run a Bulkplan with (ORDER ROUTING METHOD=Network Routing), then OTM created tw shipments as follows.
Shipment01 has SMALL_EQP = cost $1000 (Order01)
Shipment02 has SMALL_EQP = cost $1000 (Order02)
The total cost if this solution is $2000
The optimal/cheapest solution is to get 1 shipment created.
Shipment01 has BIG_EQP = cost $1500 (Order01 + Order02)
