Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When updating resource rate of routing through open interface , the usage rate is rounded to 6 decimal places.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When update resource rate of routing through open interface , the usage rate should following the profile option BOM: Resource Usage Rounding Value

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set profile BOM: Resource Usage Rounding Value as 10
2. Insert data into routing open interface (ensure resource usage rate is defined something like 2.456789123 , as an example)
3. Run import routing program
