On Test (XXXXUAT) : 12.2.4 version, Request Processing

When submitting the E-Business Suite (EBS) concurrent program 'Purge Logs and Closed System Alerts' - FNDLGPRG, the following request log file error message occurs:

"ORACLE error 1555 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 32 with name "_SYSSMU32_3894949636$" too small
