ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Expenditure Type LOV is blank
From iProcurement OAF page the LOV for expenditure type is not returning any values for specific projects and tasks when award type 'DEFAULT' is used during requisition creation.
if the same combinations for Project, Task and award type='DEFAULT' is used in creating the requisition from Purchasing responsibility from the Oracle form the LOV for expenditure type shows all the values.
This happens if the task is not a parent task.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Navigateto to LOV for expenditure type in edit submit requisition
