The AR Reconciliation Report Report total at the bottom of the report shows zero difference, but the Unapplied Receipts Register section of the report is showing a difference between the Unapplied Receipts Journal and the Unapplied and Unresolved Receipts Register.

The actual Unapplied Receipts Journal and actual Unapplied and Unresolved Receipts Register balances to the amounts displayed in the AR Reconciliation Report.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: From Concurrent Manager, run the following reports:

1. AR Reconciliation report, take note that the Unapplied Receipts Register Section is showing a difference
2. Unapplied Receipts Journal
3. Unapplied and Unresolved Receipts Register
4. The actual Journal and Register matches to the amounts displayed in the AR Reconciliation Report, but not to each other.
