Symptoms
On EBS 12.x Integrated with Oracle Access Manager
When attempting to register EBS with OAM
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Specific exception:Error message passed from server is:Exception encountered during fetching host identifier.oracle.security.am.engines.rreg.common.RemoteAgentRegistrationException: Error message passed from server is:Exception encountered during fetching host identifier.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Clone EBS
2. Attempt to register clone with OAM
3. Error occurs
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, OAM registration fails, and SSO login cannot be used
