Application Is Not Validating Uniqueness Checks For UAN Number and Aadhar (Doc ID 2577544.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, India Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Application is accepting same UAN Number for more than one employee

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The UAN Should be unique and should not be duplicated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to HRMS responsibility

2. Navigate People > Enter and Maintain

3. Create new employee Emp1 > Further Benefits > Enter UAN Number and Save the record

4. Create new employee Emp2 > Further Benefits > Enter the same UAN Number as Emp1 and Save the record.

5. Observe that record saves duplicate UAN Number successfully without any error
