Goal

As per business requirement, We are creating the Parent plan record manually with a unique sequence number (i.e. Child Entry Data mode is Delayed - Child records are entered manually, later) and later we are using this Unique sequence number while creating child plan records and we are able to create successfully if it is a manual entry process.

We don't want to create child plan records manually. So we developed a program to auto create child records using Collection Import Manager program, through this program we are not able to establish the relation ship between parent and child. This program is creating stand alone child records in child plan but not able to creating the parent-child relationship.
