Goal

Need help from OTL to understand the process of NOT transferring time card to PA 

How  to restrict timecard transfer to PA though the seeded concurrent program (PRC: Transaction Import) is run
and the Transferred to Column in HXC_TIMECARD_SUMMARY table is updated to 'Transferred' status.
