ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Lease Center Inquiry>Overview tab shows incorrect value for "Payments Remaining" field.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expected behavior is that "Payments Remaining" should show correct value
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Center> Search a contract with Rent Payments at asset level , with the same number of periods, one of the assets having 0 amounts
2. Bill the first 8 cycles
3. Lease Center > Overview tab > Check Payment Remaining shows incorrect number of payments remaining (showing full contract payment term instead of remaining payments number)
