Symptoms

ECC Payables Command Center Full Load gets the following error:

DataLoadServiceImpl - startJob --> job 4900 application ap, collection null was being served by pool-3-thread-1 for load type FULL_LOAD
DataLoadControllerServiceImpl - loadDataForDataset --> application ap, collection ap-trx was being served by pool-3-thread-1 for load type FULL_LOAD
