Olm Upload Issue With ".zip" File. (Doc ID 2578777.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When uploading a .ZIP file to the content server from the User Interface, the upload is shown as successful but when reviewing the content server the data is not there and the content file was never unzipped.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Zip files will be imported and unzip as expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Learning Management Administrator
2. Content Administrator
3. Import File.
4. The file is moved to the content server.
5. The file is no unzipped as expected.
