On : 12.2.8 version, Interest Calculations

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that that when multiple receipts are applied to an invoice, the late interest is calculated incorrectly. The late interest is multiplied by the number of the receipt applied to the invoice.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect correct Late interest calculation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Contract with a Late Interest policy.
2. Run Billing
3. Apply partial receipt after due date.
4. Run Calculate Late interest and see no late interest generated.
5. Apply full receipt and close the invoice
6. Run Calculate Late interest again and this time it generated twice.
