Goal
Why are header level Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs) not appearing in the 'Submit Report' screen of iOS devices?
Note: It may be observed that DFFs are appearing as expected at the ‘Approve Report’ screen while not appearing at the 'Submit Report' screen.
