Symptoms

Problem Statement
When attempting to save or submit a PO on Buyer Work Center (BWC), the following error occurs.

Error
(Save) The following SQL error occurred: &ERROR. ORA-01403: No data found.
(Submit) An error has occurred during tax calculation which could impact tax information display.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create PO on BWC
  2. Save the PO with tax calculation error
  3. Submit the PO with tax calculation error
