Error message while saving Address in the Contact Center

APP_AR_96282: Error: Invalid value for timezone_id. Please enter timezone_id value from hz_timezones
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service (R) -> Customer Management -> Contact Center.
2. Query for the Customer and proceed to Addresses (T).
3. On saving the Address details received stated error.
