ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Trying to updating the Product quantity through this API (gmd_formula_detail_pub) and able to update it, Once the issue done the scaling of ingredients is not done through the API.

So in fact the product quantity is updated but the ingredient qty's are not

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to scale both the product and ingredients in a batch


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Formula through forms or API
2. Using the API (gmd_formula_detail_pub) update the Product quantity through this API (gmd_formula_detail_pub).
