Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Scrap Move Transactions
When attempting to Scrap Material via the WIP_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE
the following error occurs.

Some records in this group cause errors. Check error interface table for more information.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Insert move transactions into WIP_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE
2. Observe Scrap transactions error with "Some records in this group cause errors. Check error interface table for more information.".
