java.lang.NullPointerException When Navigating To System Administration->Workflow->Administrator Workflow->Administration (Doc ID 2579843.1)

Symptoms

While navigating to Workflow Administration - System Administration->Workflow->Administrator Workflow->Administration. the following error occurs:

Errors with java.lang.NullPointerException.

java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.fnd.wf.preferences.webui.GlobalPreferencesCO.initWorklistPerformanceConfigRN(GlobalPreferencesCO.java:656)
at oracle.apps.fnd.wf.preferences.webui.GlobalPreferencesCO.processRequest(GlobalPreferencesCO.java:88)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanHelper.processRequest(OAWebBeanHelper.java:631)

Full error stack by setting the FND Diagnostic profile showed that the profile WF: Defer Processing of Notification Response was not set .
