ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the Resource transaction accounting, when the resource unit cost is 0, the distribution for Resource Absorption line type has quantity as positive
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Resource Absorption line type should have quantity as negative irrespective of whether the resource has cost of 0 or greater than 0
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get correct quantity while exporting data for other purposes.
