Symptoms

Oracle Credit Management - Version 12.2.5 and later.

Below error displays while creating a Scoring model with an additional data point type Varchar.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Credit management super user responsibility.
2. Navigate to Policy Management.
3. Click on Additional data point.
4. Create Additional data point, Data type as"Varchar"
3. Create Scoring model and assign the data point, enter range and score
4. Click Next
5. Error "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System administator for assistance"displays.
