Changing the outcome from SPO (Standard Purchase Order) to CPA (Contract Purchase Agreement) in a RFQ (Request for Quote) copied from a RFI (Request For Information) with no lines receives the message:

Unable to perform transaction on the record.
Cause: The record contains stale data. The record has been modified by another user.

Action: Cancel the transaction and re-query the record to get the new data.
