ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When entering an existing contract on a Service line the Order Management form takes more than 5 minutes to return control to the user.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect better performance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Enter New Sales Order
3. Enter line for a Service item. From this line select Action > Service Contract Details.
4. Select the "Existing" radio button and enter a contract number for this customer. The form takes > 5 minutes to return.
