• Auto Accounting could not create flexfield.
• KEY_FLEX_FAIL.
• AA_FAIL,AA_NULL_CCID.
• Incomplete AutoAccounting

Steps to Reproduce:

• Run the  Distribute process PAPBER:PRC: Distribute Expense Report Adjustments or  PAVDVC:PRC: Distribute Supplier Cost Adjustments

Navigation:

Go into the responsibility: Project Responsibility 

Navigate to View->Request.
