Updated Customer Name Not Reflecting on Re-querying Customer Page Even After Saving Changes Successfully. (Doc ID 2580627.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

The user is not able to see the updated customer's name despite the changes are saved successfully.
On re-querying the data, it continues to show existing name only and not the updated one.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Navigation: Receivables responsibility > Customers > Create/Maintain Customers
2. Query for customer and make updates.
3. Click Apply and Save.
4. Although updates made are saved but changes are not reflected.
