Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Requisitions

When ordering from punchout, receive error JBO-26041, java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899

When ordering item from extenal shop - punchout, receive error
Error Code: 100 Unexpected Error
Unexpected exception occured in performCallback
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE. Tokens: MESSAGE = oracle.jbo.DMLException: JBO-26041: Failed to post data to database during "Insert"
And

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "PO"."PO_REQUISITION_LINES_ALL"."ITEM_DESCRIPTION" (actual: 242, maximum: 240)


Replication:
1. In internal shop
2. Press punchout to external shop
3. Order item, basket, return to internal shop
4. Error occurs
