Find decimal mismatch between PO line and receipt line, thus trying to update Quantity Ordered using BWC

When trying to update Quantity Ordered using BWC error occurs

Error: Line 1, Schedule 1 - Quantity ordered cannot be less than quantity billed: Quantity billed = 23.958333333333333


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create PO from self-service web form 24 cases @ 940.80
2. UOM Conversion : 1 Case = 24 Each
3. Receive 576 Each
4. Return 1 Each
5. Then go to PO on the self-service web tab schedules in BWC, click on pencil
6. Update the quantity order to the same as quantity billed which is 23.9583333333333
7. Error displays: Line 1, Schedule 1 - Quantity ordered cannot be less than quantity billed: Quantity billed = 23.958333333333333
8. Go to quantity order filed and copy the quantity that is there: 23.9583333333333. It has 2 decimals less than the fields quantity billed and received
