On : 12.2 HRMS RUP13 version, Appraisals

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Performance Management application User cannot view any appraisals from HR Professional responsibility after RUP 13 (patch 28862999 R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.13) is installed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to see available appraisals.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login in application
2. Navigate to HR Professional 4.0 > Appraisals.
3. Query for an employee
4. Select a record
5. On View Appraisals page > in View LOV
6. Select All, Go, No records return
